Warranty claim denied by Elite Resort Luxury

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1758-JPC-0764 placed with Elite Resort Luxury on March 31, 2025. I paid $269.71 for service plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilfred D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Elite Resort Luxury will address this issue by offer compensation for the time wasted.
