I am writing regarding order #ORD-0546-FOR-0069 placed with Resort International on January 30, 2025. I paid $471.31 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was billed multiple times. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katarina W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Resort International extend my warranty period as soon as possible.

May 10, 2025 05:15I want to acknowledge that Resort International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $229.44 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $229.44 for a handbag that never worked properly.
