I have been a loyal customer of Resort International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-2071-YMV-0245) on March 30, 2025, and have encountered received a damaged replacement item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Resort International to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
