I am writing regarding order #ORD-1702-HKM-6093 placed with Construction Bros on February 6, 2025. I paid $186.88 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tito B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Construction Bros to make their terms and conditions clearer.
