I have been a loyal customer of Grand Oasis International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1318-CLN-7197) on April 4, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Grand Oasis International to expedite the delivery of my order.

I've received an email from Rowan Miller at Grand Oasis International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The formal shoes was clearly defective from the start.
