I want to report a serious concern with Grand Oasis International's equipment that I purchased on March 18, 2025 from your Crookshaven, Kansas store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Name A., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Grand Oasis International to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
