Metal & Corporation refused to address found unauthorized charges

I want to report a serious concern with Metal & Corporation's service plan that I purchased on January 25, 2025 from your Hobartview, Idaho store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Phyllis W., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Metal & Corporation to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
