I applied for a checking account with ProsperityEquity Kota Kinabalu on April 28, 2025 and was assured by Monty S. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after couldn't access my account, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I am asking ProsperityEquity Kota Kinabalu to make this right by correct my personal information.
