Products Industries refused to address is missing essential components

On December 22, 2024, I signed up for Products Industries's delivery service at their East Jeffry, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $325.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dejah H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Products Industries to make this right by honor the warranty.
