I purchased a membership from Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group on March 14, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was charged incorrectly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Krystel Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group to implement better quality control.
