I am writing regarding order #ORD-3863-SKT-9180 placed with Precision Craft Solutions on March 4, 2025. I paid $748.97 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had allergic reaction not warned about. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clotilde B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Precision Craft Solutions to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
