Complaint Details

On April 18, 2025, I signed up for Precision Craft Solutions's subscription service at their Dollyfurt, California location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $553.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lori H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Precision Craft Solutions to waive the cancellation fees.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Precision Craft Solutions still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
