Frustrated with Precision Craft Solutions's lack of response

On April 18, 2025, I signed up for Precision Craft Solutions's subscription service at their Dollyfurt, California location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $553.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lori H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Precision Craft Solutions to waive the cancellation fees.
