Frustrated with Precision Craft Solutions's lack of response

I purchased a equipment from Precision Craft Solutions on May 24, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stephanie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Precision Craft Solutions to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.

May 04, 2025 06:08I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Precision Craft Solutions not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
