Complaint Details

I purchased a equipment from Precision Craft Solutions on May 24, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stephanie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Precision Craft Solutions to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Precision Craft Solutions not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
