Unsatisfactory resolution from The Cozy Accommodations

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3062-JWC-6435 placed with The Cozy Accommodations on February 2, 2025. I paid $255.84 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Norberto C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope The Cozy Accommodations will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
