Delayed delivery from The Cozy Accommodations

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1765-QXL-2248 placed with The Cozy Accommodations on February 26, 2025. I paid $742.27 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Coleman M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like The Cozy Accommodations to offer compensation for the time wasted.
