Unsatisfactory resolution from The Cozy Accommodations
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of The Cozy Accommodations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3537-TGX-0898) on December 11, 2024, and have encountered received poor customer service. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect The Cozy Accommodations to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
