On April 27, 2025, I signed up for Premier Builders Inc LLC's premium support at their Prohaskaberg, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $999.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heath S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Premier Builders Inc LLC to resolve the technical issues.

Apr 28, 2025 05:38I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Premier Builders Inc LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
