I am writing regarding order #ORD-8859-ZQN-9590 placed with Premier Builders Inc LLC on May 14, 2025. I paid $972.86 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elmer W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Premier Builders Inc LLC provide the promised service as soon as possible.
