Complaint Details

I applied for a checking account with Secure Trust on February 22, 2025 and was assured by Lukas R. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after discovered data privacy issues, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I am requesting that Secure Trust make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

The situation with Secure Trust has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-90968598 multiple times.
