I've been a customer of Secure Trust for many years with a credit card account. On December 21, 2024, I noticed faced system outages on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Billy H. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that Secure Trust remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.
