Account access issues with Securities of First

I've been a customer of Securities of First for many years with a financial planning package account. On December 28, 2024, I noticed encountered rude staff on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Titus S. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Securities of First will address this issue by offer compensation for the time wasted.
