I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $322.51 on my Venture of Capital Inc. account on December 18, 2024. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I expect Venture of Capital Inc. to take responsibility and update their return policy.

May 22, 2025 05:16Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $34.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
