Mortgage payment incorrectly applied by Venture of Capital Inc.
Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $398.46 on my Venture of Capital Inc. account on December 7, 2024. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Jeff F. who opened case #ORD-0021-FRQ-8473. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am requesting that Venture of Capital Inc. fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.
