Materials & Group provided defective device

I purchased a product from Materials & Group on March 10, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shawn G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Materials & Group will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
