Complaint Details
On April 8, 2025, I signed up for Materials & Group's installation service at their Wuckertfurt, Florida location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $776.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reece S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Materials & Group to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.
