Misleading advertising by Inn at Golden

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7748-YUH-0655 placed with Inn at Golden on December 27, 2024. I paid $446.14 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered was sold expired products. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oda N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Inn at Golden will address this issue by improve their customer service training.
