I am writing regarding order #ORD-8777-AGD-6368 placed with Inn at Golden on March 25, 2025. I paid $761.71 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oleta H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Inn at Golden to make this right by replace the defective product.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $97.62 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
