I have been a loyal customer of Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-8016-ZXP-4975) on February 26, 2025, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.

It's now been 7 days since my initial complaint, and Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
