I want to report a serious concern with Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC's warranty package that I purchased on April 10, 2025 from your Willchester, Connecticut store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jeremie B., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.

May 01, 2025 06:10I want to acknowledge that Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $68.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $68.62 for a smartphone that never worked properly.
