Frustrated with Materials & Incorporated Inc.'s lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Materials & Incorporated Inc.'s warranty package that I purchased on December 11, 2024 from your South Ulisesberg, Wyoming store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marie S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Materials & Incorporated Inc. compensate me for the inconvenience as soon as possible.

May 18, 2025 05:36I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Materials & Incorporated Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
