Complaint Details

I've been a customer of Fund of Excel for many years with a debit card account. On May 11, 2025, I noticed was promised features that don't exist on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Darien T. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking Fund of Excel to make this right by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Fund of Excel. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the television I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
