Account problems with Mansion at Tranquil

On January 31, 2025, I signed up for Mansion at Tranquil's maintenance plan at their Smithmouth, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $175.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stephon H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Mansion at Tranquil adjust my account balance as soon as possible.
