Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Mansion at Tranquil for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-1158-YOV-1609) on May 1, 2025, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Mansion at Tranquil will address this issue by waive the cancellation fees.

After speaking with David Allen from the Client Relations at Mansion at Tranquil, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
