Delayed delivery from Machine Engineering

On February 15, 2025, I signed up for Machine Engineering's delivery service at their Kulasview, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $298.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marlee P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Machine Engineering will address this issue by replace the defective product.
