On April 8, 2025, I signed up for Machine Engineering's customer service at their Lake Antonioland, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $242.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maude S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Machine Engineering to honor the warranty.

After speaking with Mary Thompson from the Service Excellence at Machine Engineering, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
