Premium Residence & Hospitality refused to address experienced website errors

I have been a loyal customer of Premium Residence & Hospitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-7206-YTO-8207) on December 23, 2024, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Premium Residence & Hospitality deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

May 22, 2025 05:45Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $275.73 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
