I am writing regarding order #ORD-2391-IBT-2767 placed with Premium Residence & Hospitality on December 9, 2024. I paid $453.01 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Itzel L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Premium Residence & Hospitality to make this right by honor the warranty.
