False promises made by Superior Build representative
Complaint Details
On January 7, 2025, I signed up for Superior Build's customer service at their Lake Ford, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $304.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leslie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Superior Build will address this issue by honor the advertised price.
