Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Superior Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-6977-GPQ-7774) on March 12, 2025, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Superior Build stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.

Apr 29, 2025 05:46After my initial complaint, Superior Build contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
