Misleading advertising by Dynamic Products Manufacturing

I purchased a warranty package from Dynamic Products Manufacturing on March 27, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was sold expired products. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Josephine S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Dynamic Products Manufacturing will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.

May 08, 2025 05:16I'm updating my complaint because Dynamic Products Manufacturing finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
