Credit card dispute with PrestigeVenture
Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $209.04 on my PrestigeVenture account on March 22, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Narciso Y. who opened case #ORD-5333-JSE-5777. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am asking PrestigeVenture to make this right by issue a formal apology.
