Account closure without notice by PrestigeVenture
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of PrestigeVenture for many years with a investment portfolio account. On March 17, 2025, I noticed arrived significantly late on my statement. When I contacted customer service, German C. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that PrestigeVenture extend my warranty period as soon as possible.

May 11, 2025 05:47I've received an email from Richard Williams at PrestigeVenture offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
