Complaint Details

On April 11, 2025, I signed up for Ultimate Design's customer service at their Watersfurt, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $866.07, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Donald W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Ultimate Design improve their customer service training as soon as possible.
