Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $485.92 on my CapitalReserve account on February 6, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Marianne S. who opened case #ORD-1754-ZOX-9882. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am asking CapitalReserve to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
