Account access issues with Savings of Pinnacle
Complaint Details
I applied for a savings account with Savings of Pinnacle on January 8, 2025 and was assured by Aglae H. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after was charged incorrectly, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I expect Savings of Pinnacle to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

May 05, 2025 05:31I want to acknowledge that Savings of Pinnacle has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $38.94 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $38.94 for a smartphone that never worked properly.
