I applied for a credit card with Savings of Pinnacle on December 9, 2024 and was assured by Demetrius C. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after experienced frequent disconnections, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I hope Savings of Pinnacle will address this issue by provide the promised service.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Savings of Pinnacle. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the gaming console I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
