I want to report a serious concern with Elite Development Professionals Enterprises's service plan that I purchased on December 26, 2024 from your New Brennon, Arizona store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lauretta G., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Elite Development Professionals Enterprises will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

I appreciate Elite Development Professionals Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement winter coat has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
