I have been a loyal customer of Premium Retreat Getaways for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-7764-GPI-1873) on December 26, 2024, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Premium Retreat Getaways to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

After speaking with Elizabeth White from the Quality Assurance at Premium Retreat Getaways, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
