I am writing regarding order #ORD-5996-KGK-4481 placed with Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings on February 6, 2025. I paid $825.94 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bryon A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.
