I purchased a item from Builders & Systems Ltd. on May 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received poor customer service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bernita R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Builders & Systems Ltd. to reimburse me for additional expenses.
